WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to transfer money within the fund appropriated in the annual budget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That for`the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the several appropriations, herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: AMOUNT AMOUNT RE VESTED APPROPRIATED 3000- Other Services & $10,500.00 $10,500.00 Charges SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts. PARK FUND 1000-Personal Services AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED REDUCED $10,500.00 $10,500.00 SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect form and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana. Williams Brookbank Hankinson Whitesell Bodiker Lemoa.ne Morris Absent: Par er The following business was had, to -wit: (OTHER BUSINESS HAD) The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Richmond, Indiana, on the dates of and Said notices stated that a public hearing would be held on the day of , by the Common Council to consider additional appropriations as provided for in Ordinance No. 92-1984 , within the City of Richmond, Indiana. The proof of publication and posting of notices were examined and found to be correct and in order. Councilman moved the proof of publication and posting of notices be received and ordered filed, seconded by Councilman , and on voice vote the motion was carried. The Clerk read on second reading Ordinance No. 92-1984 President Elstro announced that Ordinance No. 92-1984 was on public hearing. Maness, City Controller Ordinance No. 92-1984 - Park Fund Transfer CWY M: Don McBride The $10,500. represents the 1984 contractual fees of $7,000. to McBride and $3,500. to Dominic Mitrione per their contracts with the Park Board . Contractual fees must be paid from the 3000 category. The remainder of their wages has been used for repairs, carpet and part time help. No advertising necessary, pass in one night.
