AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to transfer money within
the fund appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNEc;:
COUNTY , INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following add-
itional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart
out of -±he several appropriations herein named and for the purposes herein
specified, subject to the laws governing the same:

SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have
unboligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which
appropriated, it is further ordained that the following appropriations be
reduced in the following amounts.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the

EXCERPTS OF THE MEETING OF THE COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the
Council Chambers in the Municipal Building of said City September 4, 1984
at the hour of 7:30 P.M.. '
Councilman Elstro resided with the following members present:
Messrs. Williams , Brookbank Hankinson Whitesell
Parker Bodiker Lemoine Morris
Absent:
none

The following business was had, to -wit:

The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the
Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of
Richmond, Indiana, on the dates of Public Law 54 and
Said notices stated that a public hearing would be held on the day of
, by the Common Council to consider additional appropriations
as provided for in Ordinance No. , within the City of Richmond,
Indiana. The proof of publication and posting of notices were examined and
found to be correct and in order. Councilman moved the proof
of publication and posting of notices be received and ordered filed, seconded
by Councilman , and on voice vote the motion was carried.
