Home My Public Portal About104-1984 - TRANSFER ORDINANCE-GENERAL FUNDTRANSFER ORDINANCE 104-1984 AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to transfer money within the fund appropriated in the annual budget: NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropri ted and ordered set apart out of the several appropriations, herein named and for the purposes herein named and for the pruposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: AMOUNT AMOUNT RESTED APPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND - Law Dept. 2000-Supplies $250.00 $250.00 SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropiations now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts. AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED REDUCED GENERAL FUND- Law Dept. 3000-Other Services & Charges $250.00 $250.00 SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana. The proof of publication and posting of notices were examined and found to be correct and in order. Councilman moved the proof of publication and posting of notices be received and ordered filed, seconded by Councilman , and on voice vote the motion was carried. The Clerk read on second reading Ordinance No. 104-1984 President Elstro announced Ordinance No. 104-1984 was on public hearing. Marge Sweet, File Per our memo of August 20, 1984 to Marge Sweet, Controllers Office, this office has requested that $250.00 be transferred from our Legal Services fund to our office supplies fund.
