Southwest Connector Trail Public Meeting
Scheduled for December 10, 2009
Capital Projects staff to hold informational meeting with
Country Club Green & Tuscarora Creek Apartment residents
Leesburg, VA (November 23, 2009) – Town of Leesburg Capital Projects staff will hold
a community informational meeting on Thursday, December 10, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. to
discuss the Southwest Connector Trail project. The meeting will be held at the
Westpark Golf Club located at 59 Country Club Drive SW in Leesburg.
The main topic of the meeting will be the Phase 3 portion of the trail and how it might
affect the Country Club Green and Tuscarora Creek Apartment communities. Staff will
be seeking public input on alternate options to the currently proposed route of the trail
and ways to mitigate the impact of the trail on these communities. For more information

While this is a public meeting, it is primarily for the residents of the Country Club Green
and Tuscarora Creek Apartment communities.
