AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD & STREET FUND
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to transfer money within the
fund appropriated in the annual budget:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY11 E COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY,
INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set
apart out of the several appropriations, herein named and for the
purposes herein specified, subject to the_ laws governing the same:

SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations
now have unboligated balances which will not be needed for the
purposes for which appropriated, it is further ordained that the
following existing appropriations be reduced in the following
amounts:

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws

EXCERPTS OF THE MEETING OF THE COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the
Council Chambers in the Municipal Building of said City September 4,.1984
at the hour of7:30 P.M.
CouncilmanElstro presided with the following members present:
Messrs. Williams Brookbank Hankinson Whitesell
Parker , Bodiker emoine Morris ,
Absent• none ,
The following business was had, to -wit:

The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the
Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of
Richmond, Indiana, on the dates ofPublic Law 54 and
Said notices stated that a public hearing would be held on the day of
, by the Common Council to consider additional appropriations
as provided for in Ordinance No. , within the City of Richmond,
Indiana. The proof of publication and posting of notices were examined and
found to be correct and in order. Councilman moved the proof
of publication and posting of notices be received and ordered filed, seconded
by Councilman , and on voice vote the motion was carried.
The Clerk read on second reading Ordinance No. 105-1984
President Elstro announced Ordinance No. 105-1984 was on public hearing.
After hearing all persons present, Ordinance No.105-1984 was placed on
final passage or rejection and on a call of the roll the following was recorded:
Ayes: Williams , Brookbank , Hankinson , Whitesell ,
Parker , Bodiker , Lemoine , Morris
Elstro Noes: none , , ,
Absent: none
The vote being 9 to O in favor of passage of Ordinance No.
5-1984

There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed, the
meeting was adjourned.
