AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 1984 S-4' SUPPLEMENT
TO ORDINANCE NO. 72-1980 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,
INDIANA AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Company of Cincinnati, Ohic
has completed the second annual supplement to the
codified ordinances of the City of Richmond, Indiana;
and
WHEREAS, such annual supplement contains all amendments, and
supplements in accordance with Ordinance No, 72-1980
enacted on September 2, 1980 through and the inclusion
of Ordinances No, 86-1981, 72-1980, 8-1982, and
8-1983;
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Common Council of the City
of Richmond, Indiana to accept such supplement to
its codified ordinances;
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, that:
SECTION 1. The enactment of new sections 99.01 through 99.99
as submitted by American Legal Publishing Company of
Cincinnati, Ohio are incorporated herein by reference
as if fully written.
SECTION 2. The 1984 S-4 Supplement to the City of Richmond's
Code of Ordinances (Ordinance No. 72-1980) as reviewed
and approved by the Common Council is hereby adopted.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its adoption and due authentication
by the President of the Common Council, the Clerk of
the City of Richmond and the Mayor of the City of
Richmond, Indiana and the. Clerk of the City of Richmond,
Indiana is hereby ordered to file in the Office of
the Clerk two (2) copies of the revised code for
public inspection,
