AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE OFF STREET PARKING FUND.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to transfer within the
fund appropriated in the annual budget:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE
COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart
out of the several appropriations herein named and for the purposes
herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same;

SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now
have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes
for which appropriated, it is further ordained that the following
existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts:

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the

The Off Street Parking is requesting a transfer of funds from the Unemployment
Account of Personal Services to go into the Supply Account and Other Services
and Charges.
The Unemployment claims have all been paid and all personnel are back to work.
The transfer will be used to purchase tickets for the remainder of 1984 and to
pay electric current.
