An executive session of the Board of Public Works and Safety for the City of Richmond will be held on
February 19, 2008, at 2:00 p.m., in the Law Conference Room of the Richmond Municipal Building, 50
North 5th Street, Richmond, Indiana.
The general substance of the matter to be discussed and/or proposed is as follows:
With respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction (A)
to receive information concerning the individual's alleged misconduct; and/or (B) to
discuss, before a determination, the individual's status as an employee (pursuant to
I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6))
