HomeMy Public PortalAbout126-1984 - ORDINANCE ADOPTING 610 IAC THE INDIANA ADMINISTRATIVE CODEORDINANCE NO. 126 -1984 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING 610 I.A.C. 5-1-13 OF THE INDIANA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AS SECTION 96.13 Of THE RICHMOND CITY CODE, PERTAINING TO EXCAVATIONS IN STREETS AND SIDEWALKS WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Richmond City Council to make specific reference in the City Code to 610 IAC 5-1-13 of the Indiana Administrative Code, as it pertains to street construction and excavation, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of Richmond, Mayne County, State of Indiana, t[Et the following be added to the Richmond City Code: Section 96.13 APPLICABLE LAWS In addition to the foregoing provisions of the Code relating to street construction, excavation, and installation of utilities, a permitee, including utilities, shall aditere"to any other applicable federal, state, or local laws, rules, or regulations governing such excavatiog, ;, construction, or installation, including, but not limited to, the provisions of 610 IAC 5-1-13 of the Indiana Administrative Code. ORDINANCE NO. 126-1984 - AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING I.A.C. 5-1-13 OF THE INDIANA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AS SECTION 96.13 OF THE RICHMOND CITY CODE, PERTAINING TO EXCAVATIONS IN STREETS AND SIDEWALKS. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Wayne County, State of Indiana, that the following be added to the Richmond City Code: Section 96.13 APPLICABLE LAWS In addition to the foregoing provisions of the Code relating to street construction, excavation, and installation of utilities, a permitee, including utilities, shall adhere to any other applicable federal, state, or local laws, rules, or regulations governing such excavation, construction, or installation, including, but not limited to, the provisions of 610 IAC 5-1-13 of the Indiana Administrative Code. A copy of this Ordinance is on file in the Office of the City Clerk of Richmond, Indiana, 50 North 5th Street, Richmond, Indiana. This Ordinance shall become effective the 26th day of November, 1984.
