FEBRUARY 27, 1996
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council and Airport Commission was held on Tuesday,
February 29, 1996 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 25 West Market Street. Notice having been
delivered to all Councilmembers and Airport Commission members priorthereto. The purpose of the
meeting was to discuss the proposed MA-Airport Zoning District and Rezoning Application #ZM-148
by the Town of Leesburg. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Clem.

A presentation was made by Juan Rivera followed by a question and answer period, followed by a
presentation by Scott Johnson also followed by questions and answers.
Airport Commission members Caulkins, Hill and Blake expressed their support of the proposed zoning
amendments.
This matter is scheduled for adoption at the Council meeting tonight at 7:30 p.m.
On motion of, and duly seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
