A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on Thursday, March 14, 1996 at 4:30
p.m., in the Lobby of the new Loudoun County Government Center. Notice having been delivered to
all Councilmembers priorthereto. The purpose of the meeting was to conduct a tour of the new facilities.
