LR&S funds were used to pay the direct payroll costs associated
with paving,'thus freeing up MW funds previously appropriated
for payroll. In addition attrition of personnel has acctunulated
savings in regular salaries.
These savings are needed to cover the last 3 months of RB&L,
sewer and gas costs, plus enable the department to acquire one
"dump" of salt in anticipation of winter weather.
The'RB&L costs charged to MW thru 9/30/84 included the costs of
electricity to traffic lights which should've been charged to
Board of Works, The Board of Work's budget is insufficient to afford
a reimbursement to MOH in 1984 to restore.MYH's depleted electric
budget.
