A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on Thursday, May 23, 1996 at 4:30
p.m., in the First Floor Executive Conference Room, 25 West Market Street. Notice having been
delivered to all Councilmembers of the Leesburg Town Council priorthereto. The purpose of the
meeting was to discuss the Town Manager's evaluation. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Clem.
