WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget, - NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE CCboIMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICi-ImOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated to the General Fund and ordered set apart out of the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund (Cigarette Tax), subject to the laws governing the same: SECTION 2. That this appropriation is provided for under IC 6-7-1-31.l(b). AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND $300,000 $300,000 TOTAL $300,000 $300,000 SECTION 3. WHEREAS, it has been shown that the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund (Cigarette Tax) now has unobligated balance'which will not be needed it is further ordained that the following existing Fund be reduced in the following amount: Ab70llNT AMOUNT REQUESTED REDUCED CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND (CIGARETTE TAX) $300,000 $300,000 TOTAL $300,000 $300,000 SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing emergency appropriations.
