WIIEREAS, application has been prol)e~ ly made to the Mayor and Council o£the
Borough of Carteret, New Jersey by the Pmngarian Refonnecl Chtm~ of Carteret,
Little Carteret L~ague, Inc. & St. Joseph Church
of the Borough of Caderet; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the applicant (s) is/are qualified to be liceused and that tile
members designated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist are bona fide members of the
applicant (s); and
WIIEREAS, the applicant (s) has/have signilied that the games will be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Commission's
Regulations.

Council of the Borough 9F Ctntmet, Ihat the Municipal Clelk is hereby authorized and
dlrecled to execute tile endorsement of the Maym and Council by issuing, .upon proper
piesentation oFapplication and Fees, a IkAIrFLE LICENSE to the applicant (s);
BE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED that a cedilied copy oFthls Resolution be sent
forthwith to the'Legalized Games o£Chance Control Cotmnlssion, P. O. Box 46000,
Newmk, New Jersey 07101.
