JANUARY 2, 1997
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on Thursday, January 2, 1997, at 9:30
a.m., in the Executive Conference room, 25 West Market Street. Notice having been delivered to all
Couacilmembers priorthereto. The purposes of the meeting were to meet with State Legislators to
discuss the town's Legislative Packet and to consider the request of the Corner Stone Chapel Church.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Clem.

Discussion was held regarding the town's 1997 Legislative Packet. Senator Charles Waddell and
Delegates May and William Mims were in attendance.
Discussion was held re?.rding the Corner Stone Chapel Church. This matter was referred to the
Planning and Zoning Committee meeting of January 7, 1997 for further consideration.
