JANUARY 21, 1997
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on Tuesday, January 21, 1997 at 11:00
a.m., in the Executive Conference Room of the Municipal Government Center, 25 West Market Street.
Notice haviag been delivered to all Councilmembers priorthereto. The purpose of this meeting was to
discuss the Sycolin Road bridge. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Clem.

Representatives with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) were present to discuss the
issues concerning the future of the Sycolin Road bridge.
After considerablc discussion this matter was referred to the Planning and Zoning Committee of January
21, 1997 for further consideration.
MOTION:
On motion off and duly seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
