Rose Manor Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Scheduled for December 12, 2009
The Town of Leesburg welcomes new business
at 107 South King Street
Leesburg, VA (December 7, 2009) – At 12:00 noon on Saturday, December 12, 2009,
Town of Leesburg officials will hold a ribbon cutting for Rose Manor, an antiques and
home décor retail shop located at 107 South King Street.
Rose Manor opened in Historic Downtown Leesburg in June 2009, after moving from
Great Falls, Virginia, where the shop was established in 1986. In addition to antiques,
home décor and furnishings, Rose Manor also offers floral wreaths and arrangements
custom designed and created by the shop owner, Gabriele Hughitt.
Ms. Hughitt has been excited by the warm welcome she has received from customers,
fellow merchants and Town staff. According to Ms. Hughitt, many of the loyal
customers from her Great Falls location have come to shop at her new Leesburg
location, and have been impressed by the variety of shops and restaurants that
Downtown Leesburg has to offer.
