RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
AMUSMMENT GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE
WHEREAS, application has been 'made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret for an Amusement Games Distributor's
License for the Year 1997 by the following:
1. MANNIE' S VENDING SERVICE
80 MIl J,TOklq ROAD, Area 2
UNION, NEW JERSEY 07083; and
WHERF2~, said application has been investigated by the Carteret
Police Department, in compliance with the Ordinance Regulating
and Licensing An~sement G~nes, and the Carteret Police Department
reconnmnds that a License for the Year 199 7 be issued to the
applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk
be and is hereby authorized and directed to issue an Anmmenmnt.
Games Distributor's License for the Year 1997 to the/each appliz'
cant hereby approved, upon receipt of the proper fee.
Adopted the 20th day of MARCH , 1997
and certified as a true copy of the original
