WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CMION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, iNDIANA: SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the several appropriations, herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND Clerk's Office 1-1-3-2-0-2140 Telephone & Telegraph $ 10.00 $ 10.00 Common Council 1-1-4-2-0-2130 Traveling Expense 300.00 300.00 Board of Works 1-1-9-2-0-2680 Rental of Equipment 500.00 500.00 1-1-9-5-0-5300 Refunds, Awards, Indemnities 2,000.00 2,000.00 1-1-9-5-0-5700 Licenses 100.00 100.00 TOTAL $2,910.00 $2,910.00 SUCTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts. Cash Operating AMOUNT REQUESTED $2,910.00 AMOUNT REDUCED $2,910.00 TOTAL $2,910.00 $2,910.00 SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing emergency appropriations.
