AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO THE 1997 TEMPORARY
BUDGET
~HEREAS, The Revised Statutes of New Jersey 40A:4-20 provides'
for the adoption of emergency temporary appropriations in
~ddition to temporary appropriations necessary for the period
between the beginning of the current fiscal year and the date.
Df the adoption of the Local Budget for the Year 1997;
~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
~nd Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the following
~mendments to the temporary appropriations be made in the
~mounts and for the purposes herein set forth for the period
3etween January 1st, 1997 and the adoption of the Local
Budget for the ~orough of Carteret, County of Middlesex and
3tare of New Jersey for the fiscal Year 1997:
