Anderson; Councilmembers, Wilfred Scherer, Thomas Crosby, Sarah
Reiser; Clerk -Treasurer, Donna Roehl; Attorney, Richard Schieffer
1. PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR
Discussion of continued employment of Ron Duran as Public Works Director.
Mayor Anderson reported on current status of Ron's health.
Discussion of appointment of Jim Dillman as acting head of the department.
Richard Schieffer advised that Council not allow Ron to report for work until Council holds
a meeting with him and makes a decision as to his employment status and to make a decision
at a later date as to wages that will be paid to Jim Dillman.
Motion by Scherer, seconded by Reiser to name Jim Dillman acting head of the Public Works
Department with Ron Duran to report to Councilmember Wilfred Scherer when he is' physically
able to work full time and that he not return to work without Council approval.,
Motion declared carried
2. GARBAGE TRUCKS ON POSTED ROADS
Council asked that attorney have information from State laws for the April 6th,meeting
regarding garbage trucks using posted roads.
3. LIQUOR LICENSES
Attorney was asked to secure information regarding Off -Sale Liquor establishments
night time closing hour requirement.
Motion by Scherer, seconded by Lutz to adjourn.
Motion declared carried
Meeting adjourned at 8:35 P.M.
