A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on Wednesday, August 13, 1997, in
the first floor executive conference room, 25 West Market Street, Municipal Government Center. The
purpose of the meeting was to meet with representatives of HP Properties. The meeting was called to
order by Mayor Clem.

B. J. Webb
William F. Webb, Jr.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT
Town Manager Steven C. Brown
Mr. Robert E. Sevila, representing HP Properties and representatives of lip Properties were present.
Discussion was held regarding the property. No action was taken.
On motion of, and duly seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
