A regqfiar meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on Tuesday, November 18, 1997 at
7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia 20175, Municipal
Government Center. Notice having been delivered to all members of the Town Council prior there to.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the coordination and responsibilities of the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Commission, Tree Commission and Environmental Advisory Commission. The
meeting was called to order by Mayor James E. Clem.

A presentation was made by each of the Commission chairmen regarding their commissions goals and
objectives for the year.
Mayor Clem stated he would like the chairs of each board and commission to attend a Town Council
meeting beginning in June, 1998 to discuss their commission's goals and objectives.
On motion of, and duly seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
