A rggnlar meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on Wednesday, December 10, 1997 at
4:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Vkginia 20175, Municipal
Government Center. Notice having been delivered to all members of Council prior thereto. The purpose
of the meeting was to consider the award of the T-hangar construction contract. The meeting was called
to order by Mayor James E. Clem.

Town Manager Steven C. Brown
Airport Manager Juan Rivera
Mr. Rivera provided a detailed staff report. After discussion by the Council the following motion was
made.
MOTION: On motion of Councilmember Emswiller, seconded by Councilmember B. J. Webb, the
following resolution was proposed and adopted.
97-280 - RESOLUTION - AWARD OF AIRPORT T-HANGAR CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
VOTE:
Aye: Councilmember Buttery, Emswiller, Trocino, B. J. Webb, Mayor Clem
Nay: None
Absent: Councilmember Umstattd and William F. Webb
On motion of, and duly seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
