A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on Wednesday, January 7,
1998 at 4:00 p.m., in the second floor Councilmember's meeting room, 25 West Market Street,
Leesburg, Virginia 20175, Municipal Government Center. Notice having been delivered to all
members of the Town Council prior thereto. The purpose of the meeting was to meet with the state
legislators regarding the town's 1998 Legislative Program and to discuss the Uran contributions.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Clem.

Town Manager Steven C. Brown
Deputy Town Manager Gary A. Huff
Deputy Town Attorney Deborah Welsh
State Delegates Joe May and Bill Mims and Senator Charles Waddell were present to discuss the
town's 1998 Legislative Program with the Town Council. No action was taken.
No discussion was held on the Uran contributions.
On motion of, and duly seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
