A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on Tuesday, April 21,
1998 at 6:00 p.m., in the 2~d floor Councilmembers meeting room, 25 West Market Street,
Leesburg, Virginia 20175, Municipal Government Center. Notice having been delivered to
all members of the Council prior thereto. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the
courts complex and to adopt legislation to maintain slot rule and perimeter rules at Ronaid
Reagan National Airport. The meeting was called to order by Mayor James E. Clem.

MOTION: On motion of Councilmember Trocino, seconded by Councilmember
Umstattd, the following resolution was proposed and adopted.

RULES AT RONALD REAGAN NATIONAL AIRPORT

Discussion was held regarding the court complex rezoning application, paridng analysis,
transportatiOn analysis and the role of the Town Council in the rezoning application.
MOTION: Councilmember Trocino made a motion to apply jointly with the County.
The motion was seconded by Councilmember B. J. Webb.
