A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AFFIRMING CONTRACT FOR
THE COLLECTING AND DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE AND
OTHER REFUSE AND ADDING ADDENDUM THERETO.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Temple City has
heretofor executed a contract with the Community Disposal Company, for
the collection and disposal of garbage and other refuse, on the 8th day
of August, 1960, and
WHEREAS,. the City Council of the City of Temple City and the
Community Disposal Company desire to add certain terms and conditions
to the afore - referenced contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into the
Addendum Agreement, which is attached to this resolution marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof as though set forth in full, and the City
Council expressly affirms the entire agreement of August 8th, 1960,
and the Addendum Agreement (Exhibit "A "), as an integrated agreement.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 24th day of October, 1960.
