A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on Tuesday, October 20,
1998 at 6:00 p.m., in the Second Floor Councilmembers Meeting Room, 25 West Market Street,
Leesburg, Virginia 20175, Municipal Government Center. Notice having been delivered to all
members of the Leesburg Town Council prior thereto. The purpose of the meeting was to
discuss the 1999 Legislative Program and to meet with the Leesburg Economic Development
Commission. The meeting was called to order by Mayor James E. Clem.

Discussion was held on the 1999 Legislative Program. This matter was referred to the Council
agenda of October 27, 1998.
A joint meeting was held with the Leesburg Economic Development Commission.
On motion of, and duly seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
