A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on Tuesday, November 10,
1998 at 7:15 p.m., in the Second Floor Councilmember's meeting room, 25 West Market Street,
Leesburg, Virginia 20175, Municipal Government Center. Notice having been delivered to all
members of the Leesburg Town Council prior thereto. The purpose of the meeting was to
consider the distribution of contributions. The meeting was called to order by Mayor James E.
Clem.

Discussion was held regarding distribution of the November 3, 1998 contribution. This matter
was referred to the Council agenda of November 10, 1998.
On motion of, and duly seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
