A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on Monday, November 30,
1998 at 6:30 p.m., in the First Floor Executive Conference Room of the Municipal Government
Center, 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia 20178. Notice having been delivered to all
members of the Leesburg Town Council prior thereto. The purpose of the meeting was to
discuss the town's 1999 Legislative Program with Delegates May and Black and Senator Mims.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor James E. Clem.

Discussion was held regarding the Town's 1999 Legislative Program with Delegates May and
Black and Senator Mims. No action was taken.
On motion of, and duly seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
