JANUARY 5, 1999
A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on Tuesday, January 5, 1999
at 6:30 p.m., in the Second Floor Councilmember's Meeting Room of the Municipal Government
Center, 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia 20178. Notice having been delivered to all
members of the Leesburg Town Council prior thereto. The purposes of the meeting were to
discuss the Fort Evans Road Phase 2 construction - Sycamore Hill to River Creek Parkway,
dedication and easement agreement and to discuss the Sidewalk Master Plan. The meeting was
called to order by Mayor James E. Clem.

Discussion was held regarding the Fort Evans Road Phase 2 construction - Sycamore Hill to
River Creek Parkway, dedication and easement agreement.
MOTION:
On motion of Vice Mayor Webb, seconded by Councilmember Zoldos, a motion was made to
authorize the execution of the Fort Evans Road agreement to be returned by January 14, 1999 by the
developer.

Discussion was held regarding the town' s Sidewalk Master Plan. No action was taken.
On motion of, and duly seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
