PERMANENT EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the CITY OF MCCALL, an Idaho municipal
corporation ("Grantor"), whose principal address is 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638,
for value received, does hereby grant unto the STATE OF IDAHO, IDAHO TRANSPORTATION
BOARD, by and through the IDAHO TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT ("Grantee"), whose
address is 3311 West State Street, Boise, Idaho 83703, and its successors and assigns, the right
to go upon, occupy, and use a portion of Lot 7 of Block H of Brundage Subdivision situated in
Section 8, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, Boise Meridian, City of McCall, Valley County,
Idaho, more particularly described on EXHIBIT A attached hereto and by this reference made a
part hereof, containing approximately 0.0115 acres, together with all appurtenances,
easements and rights of way.
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND/OR INSTALLING A BRIDGE STRUCTURE AND
SIDEWALKS by Grantee or its agents or contractors.
The aforesaid facilities shall remain in place as constructed or installed for their
intended purpose and shall not be removed or relocated by Grantor, its successors and assigns,
without the prior approval of Grantee, or its assigns.
Grantee, its agents or transferees, shall have the right to perform any maintenance it
deems necessary or wishes to exercise in connection with the aforesaid facilities (including but
not restricted thereto, the right to make necessary repairs, alterations, removals or
replacements thereof), together with the right and privilege of ingress and egress to and from
Grantor's property for said purposes.

McCall, Valley County, Idaho and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 8, thence South 0°14'33" West 2645.42 feet to the
West 1/4 Corner of said Section 8, thence South 89°59'22" East 1607.34 feet along the common line
between Government Lots 2 and 3 of said Section 8 to the centerline of Idaho State Highway 55 and
