A special meeting of the Leesburg Town Council was held on Tuesday, July 20, 1999, following
the Administration and Public Works Committee meeting, in the Council Chambers, 25 West Market Street,
Leesburg, Virginia. Notice having been delivered to all members of the Leesburg Town Council prior
thereto. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss issues which will be discussed at the July 21, 1999, joint
meeting between the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors and Leesburg Town Council. The meeting was
called to order by Mayor Clem.

STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT

The Council and Mr. York reviewed and discussed the notes derived from the town and county staff
meetings. The joint public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, July 21, 1999, at 4:00 p.m.
On motion of, and duly seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
