A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY CONSENTING TO THE DETACHMENT
OF LOTS 4 AND 5 OF TRACT NO. 10260 WITHIN
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY TO THE CITY OF ARCADIA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That on October 10, 1960, at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Temple City, a
written request was received from the Superior Concrete Block
& Building Supply Company, a California corporation, to detach
lots 4 and 5 of tract no. 10260 from the City of Temple City
so that said real property may be included in the City of
Arcadia; that on said October 10, 1960 the City Council re-
ferred said matter to the City Planning Commission; that on
October 17, 1960, at the regular meeting of the Planning
Commission, the said Planning °Commission recommended to the
City Council that the City of Temple City approve the afore-
said request for detachment.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Temple
City consents to the detachment of lots 4 and 5 of tract no.
10260, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California,
so that the said described real property may be included
within the City of Arcadia; this resolution is passed and
adopted in compliance with Section 35034 of the Government
Code of the State of California and is the consent therein
specified.
