Present for training: Mayor Royce Phillips, Council members: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mike
Gericke, Mark Petersen, City Clerk Ruth Demuth. Absent: John Wright.
Jeff Schott, with Institute of Public Affairs from University of Iowa, facilitated the training session.
This was one of two training sessions to be held for the City of Tiffin. Topic was"Effective City
Councils: Strategies for Improving Performance.
Training was concluded at 9:00pm.
