A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY TERMINATING ANNEXA-
TION PROCEEDINGS IN REGARD TO THE ANNEX-
ATION OF THE TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS
"ANNEXATION NO. 2A, EAST TEMPLE CITY,
INHABITED"
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of August, 1960, the City
Council of the City of Temple City adopted Resolution No. 60 -71,
being a resolution of the City Council of the City of Temple
City acknowledging the receipt of notice of intention to circu-
late a petition for the annexation of territory designated as
"Annexation No. 2A, East Temple City, Inhabited," and an affi-
davit of publication thereof and approving the circulation of
the petition; and
WHEREAS, it appears that it is to the best interest
of the City of Temple City not to proceed further in regard to
the said Annexation 2A, East Temple City, Inhabited.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY:
SECTION 1. All annexation proceedings of the City of
Temple City regarding Annexation No. 2A, East Temple City, In-
habited, are hereby terminated pursuant to the authority con-
tained in Section 35007 of the Government Code. No written
protests against the said Annexation No. 2A, East Temple City,
Inhabited have been filed with the legislative body, the city
clerk or the city of Temple City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 14th day of November , 1960,
by the following vote:

Tyrell & Fitzjohn
