HomeMy Public PortalAboutMinutes - 7/17/2006The Wellsburg City Council met in special session July 17, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall, in the City. The Mayor presided and the roll was called showing the following members
of the Council present: James, Lindaman Van Hauen, Nielsen and Van Heiden. Absent: None.
Council Member Lindaman introduced the resolution to fix date for a public hearing on a loan agreement in a principal amount not to exceed $200,000 and moved its adoption, seconded by
Council Member Nielsen and after due consideration thereof by the Council, the Mayor put the question upon the adoption of the said resolution and the roll being called, the following
named Council Members voted aye: James, Lindaman, Van Hauen, Nielsen and Van Heiden. Nays, none. Whereupon, the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted.

Member Van Hauen and after due consideration thereof by the Council, the Mayor put the question upon the adoption of the said resolution and the roll being called, the following named
Council Members voted aye: Lindaman Van Hauen, Nielsen Van Heiden, and James. Nays, none. Whereupon, the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted.
Motion to adjourn Nielsen second by Van Heiden. All ayes, carried.
