A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY RESCINDING RESOLU-
TION NO. 60 -84 AND TERMINATING ANNEXA-
TION PROCEEDINGS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 60 -84 entitled "Re-
solution Giving Notice of Proposed Annexation to city of temple
city of that certain uninhabited territory described herein and
designated "Annexation No. 3 -A West Temple City Uninhabited,"
and Giving Notice of Time and Place For Hearing of Protests
thereto" was adopted by the City Council on October 10, 19b0,
instituting proceedings for the annexation to the City of Temple
City of certain uninhabited territory therein described and
designated as "Annexation No. 3 -A West Temple City Uninhabited;"
that said resolution fixed November 14, 1960 at the hour of
8 :00 o'clock p. m. as the hour and date of the public hearing
before said City Council for the hearing of protests against
the annexation of said territory; that no written or oral pro-
tests against such annexation have been filed with the legisla-
tive body, the city clerk or the city of Temple City.
SECTION 2. That the aforesaid Resolution No. 60 -84
be and the same is hereby rescinded and the annexation proceed-
ing instituted thereby be and the same are hereby terminated.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 1960,
by the following vote.

Tyrell & Fitzjohn
NOES: Councilmen: None
