AUTHORIZING PERSON-TO-PERSON TRANSFK~,. OF
A.B.C. LICI~SE #1201-33-061-005
FROM: ~OLIEB, INC. TO: EXIT 12, INC.
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the Borough
-- of Carteret, Middlesex County, State of New ~ersey by EXIT 12, INC. for a
Person-to-Person Transfer of A.B.C. License #1201-33-061-005 from ~OLIEB,
INC., present holder of same, premises located at 800 Blair Road, Carteret,
New Jersey 07008 and ~OLIEB, INC. has consented to assign their rights of
said License to the aforesaid applicaqt; and
WHEREAS, accordipg to law, the application for transfer was duly advertised
in The Home News &'Tribune, a newspaper circulated in the Borough ofCarteret,
New Jersey and no objections to said transfer, either verbally or in writing,
were filed or made to the Governing Body or to the Municipal Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the application form is complete in all respects and the applicant
is qualified to be licensed acCordin~ to a. ll. stand~rds established byTitle
33 of the New Jersey Statutes, promu£gated t~ereunaer, as well as pertinent
local ordinances and conditions consistent with Title 33; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has disclosed, end the local authority has reviewed
the source of all funds used in the purchase of said license and the
licensed business and all additional financing obtained in connection with
the licensed business.
NOW, THEREFORE, 'BE IT AND IT I$ HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, Middlesex CoUn~, State of New Jersey, that
A.B.C. License #1201-33-061£005, heretofore held by Bolieb, Inc. to sell
alcoholic beverages in conformity with the laws, statutes, rules and regu-
lations of 'the State of New Jersey and the resolutions, ordinances, rules
and regulations of the Borough of Carteret relating to and concerning said
license and the sale of alcoholic beverages at 800 .Blair Road, Carteret,
New Jersey 07008, be and the same is hereby transferred to the applicant,
EXIT 12, INC., to be held by them until such licens& expires, unless sooner
revoked.
BE IT FIRtTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endorsement of transfer on behalf of the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution be
sent forthwith to the S,tate of New Jersey, Dep~tment of Law & Public Safety.,
Division of Alcoholic BeVerage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 087, Trenton,
New Jersey 08625-0087.
