April 6, 1993
The City of Greencastle conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, April 6, 1993 at 7:00 p.m.
at Tzouanakis Intermediate School in regard to application to the Indiana Department of Commerce,
Community Focus Fund Grant Program for the Foxridge Phase 11 Sewer Improvement Project.
Present for the hearing: Mayor Harmless and City Engineer Joe Woody. Also present were the

Mayor Harmless presented a brief description of the total Foxridge Improvement Project,
including Phase I Sewer Improvement and Phase II Water and Sewer Improvement. He then asked
for any and all questions and comments. Mrs. Stuart asked for information concerning total project
cost. Mr. Woody explained in detail the approximate cost of each phase of the Foxridge project and
other related sewer improvements.
With no further questions, the public hearing was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
