A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AU-
THORIZING AN AGREEMENT FOR IN-
ACTIVE DEPOSIT OF CERTAIN CITY
MONIES IN A THREE MONTH TERM
DEPOSIT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, it appears to be desirable to deposit the
sum of twenty -five thousand ($25,000.00) dollars in a three month term
deposit with interest rate of two and one -half per cent (2P4) with
the Security First National Bank:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Treasurer of the City
of Temple City is hereby authorized to accomplish the foregoing as
soon as it is possible.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 28th day of November, 1960.
