AUTHORIZING BID FOR LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, there exists excess certain real property owned by the Borough of
Carteret (the "Borough") located on the site of the Borough's garage, which is not
needed for public use; and
WHEREAS, the Borough is desirous of leasing said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Council of the
Borough of Carteret as follows:
1 .) The Purchasing Agent be directed to prepare bid specifications for the
lease of real property.
2.) The Purchasing Agent be directed to advertise said bid specifications
for bid upon review and approval of the Borough Council.
Adopted this 3rd day of April, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 4, 1997.
