A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPOINT - ING MEMBERS OF THE PARKS AND RECREA-
TION COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: On November 28, 1960, the City Council of the
City of Temple City adopted Ordinance No. 60 -22 creating a Parks &
Recreation Commission.
SECTION 2: That the said Ordinance No. 60 -22 will not be-
come effective until December 29, 1960, after due publication thereof.
SECTION 3. The following persons are hereby appointed to
be the first members of the Parks. and Recreation Commission, their
appointment and terms to be effective and commence as of December 29,
1960, the day upon which said Ordinance No. 60 -22 shall take effect:
(1) Haven Andrest, 5817 Primrose Ave.
(2) Charles Ristow, 5751 Rio Hondo Dr.
(3) Jacob Gunst, 4929 Helio Ave.
(4) Al J. Lindberg, 9932 E. Nadine St.
(5) John Clemson, 9854 Val St.
SECTION 4: The members appointed by this Resolution shall
determine their terms by lot, two for the term of four years, one for
three years, one for two years, and one for one year.
ADOPTED this 28th day of November, 1960.
