Longevity shall be based on 3%,4%, and 5% of base pay: at 3 -5 years, 3 %; 6 -11 years, 4 6 1c; and 12 years and over, 5 %. Full -time members shall be compensated for authorized overtime in accordance with the Pair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. 207. SECTION T \40 That the Police Department shall consist of eighteen (18) Gull -time members and in addition, part - time dispatchers in the maximum allowable number and five (5) par! -time school crossing guards. That the Sewage Department shall pay to each of the two (2) citizen members of the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Greencastle for services rendered by thr. citizen members of the Board of Public Works and Safety on behalf of the Sewage Department during the year 1994 the sum of Five hundred Dollars ($500.00).
