A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ASSISTANT CITY CLERK'S SALARY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA
Whereas, the Assistant City Clerk has been filling in for the City Clerk for an extensive
leave of absence and
Whereas, the Assistant City Clerk has been doing the jobs of Assistant City Clerk, Clerk,
And Treasurer and
Whereas, City Council would like to compensate the Assistant City Clerk for the
additional job duties until such time the City Clerk returns
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of salary to be paid to the City
Employee holding the position of Assistant City Clerk be in the amount of$26.00 per
hour effective January 17, 2017 until the Clerk/Treasurer returns or the Clerk/Treasurer
position is filled at which time the compensation will go to $20.00 per hour.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 17 day of January, 2017.
