ORDINANCE 7 -1979
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZINC REPEAL OF ORDINANCE NO. 107-1978,
WHEREAS, The Richmond Aviation Corporation did fail to meet the requirements
set forth in a certain lease, approved by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana in Ordinance No. 107-1978, and
�PfEREAS, the Board of Aviation Commissioners of the City of Richmond, Indiana
determined that such failure to meet the requirements set forth in said lease
demonstrated an inability to fulfill the covenants and terms of such lease,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of .Aviation Commissioners has now entered into a similar
lease with Air Richmond, Inc.
NOW THEREFORE, Be it Ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Wayne County, Indiana; that:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No, 107-1978 be and is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and signing by the Mayor.
FASSED and ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
