RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY DENYING THE APPEAL OF ROBERT
VOEGELI (ZONE CASE NO. 60 -9)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Temple
City at its regular meeting in the City Hall, 9664 East Las
Tunas Drive, Temple City, California, on December 5, 1960 held a
duly constituted public hearing in regard to a zone variance re-
quest of Robert Voegeli,. and
WHEREAS, within the appeal period since the said meeting
of the Planning Commission on December 5, 1960, an appeal was
duly filed from the decision of the Planning Commission, and.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 9103 of the Temple City
Municipal Code the appeal of Robert Voegeli was duly entered and
set for hearing on January 23, 1961, at the hour of 8 :00 p. m.,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Temple City
held a public hearing on January 23, , 1961 at the hour of
8 :00 p. m.,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple
City does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The appeal of the applicant Robert Voegeli
from the decision of the Planning Commission in Zone Case 60 -9
is denied.
SECTION 2. The City Council expressly finds the granting
of the variance requested will be detrimental to the general
welfare of the community and will be injurious to property in
the same vicinity.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 23d day of January, 1961.
