RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY SETTING APPEAL HEARING IN
ZONE CASE NO. 60 -9 (ROBERT VOEGELI)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Temple
City at its regular meeting in the City Hall on December 5, 1960
at 7 :30 p. m. held a duly constituted public hearing in regard
to a zone variance request of Robert Voegeli, and
WHEREAS, within the appeal period since the said meeting
of the Planning Commission on December 5, 1960, an appeal was
duly filed from the decision of the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 9103 of the Temple City
Municipal Code the appeal must be set down for hearing in the
same manner as required on hearings before the Planning Commis-
sion,
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple
City does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby instructed to set
the appeal of Robert Voegeli in Zone Case No. 60 -9 down for
hearing in the same and like manner as required on hearings
before the Planning Commission, the date of which shall be not
less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty -five (35) days from
the date of the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 1961.
