AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO
THE SAFE HOME INSPECTION CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
MIDDLESEX COUNTY OFFICE ON AGING AND THE
BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, an amendment has been made to the Safe Home Inspection Contract
between the Middlesex County Office on Aging and the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the amendment extends the Safe Home Inspection Contract from
December 31, 1996 to June 30, 1997; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to approve said
contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Governing Body of the
Borough of Carteret does hereby authorize the Mayor to execute the amendment to
the Safe Home Inspection Contract between the Borough of Carteret and the
Middlesex County Office on Aging.
Adopted this 17th day of April, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 18, 1997.
